Single use frozen bag
Single use frozen bags are sealed in two semi-rigid shells to protect them from environmental influence.
The shell is composed of high-density polyethylene, which increases resistance, suppresses wrinkles, and fixes the bag body, to protect the storage bag, tube, and connector.
The contact between the bag and the shell ensures efficient energy transfer, achieving rapid and uniform freezing and melting of the liquid.
This product is a single use, sterile, pre assembled container designed with an innovative box carrier that provides excellent protection during the freezing, melting, storage, and transportation of intermediate or product in biopharmaceutical industry.
It can be used in clinical drug development and commercial manufacturing. The bag has been validated through a complex testing plan, including freezing, handling, and transportation testing. Fully compliant with GMP standards, strict quality control measures have been implemented, 100% integrity testing has been carried out, ensuring a 10-6 level of sterility assurance during product use. The length and connector of the tubing can be customized, and the surface of the shell can be easily wiped and disinfected for entry into the production area from the thawing point.
