RealTop 2D and 3D liquid storage bags and support containers provide you with reliable, ergonomic and scalable solutions, which are an important part of your production process. For multiple applications in single-use manufacturing operations, the product system includes a series of stainless steel round support barrels, square support barrels, carts and 2D and 3D disposable liquid storage bags. The Rituple reservoir and its supporting container are designed to reduce operator error and improve process efficiency. With a full range of product systems to choose from, you get greater flexibility, mobility and support for single-use technologies.
RealTop standard reservoir bag is a convenient disposable solution for a variety of biopharmaceutical applications, such as preparation, storage and transportation of formulations, sterile liquids or buffers. The liquid storage bag does not contain animal-derived ingredients and is pre-sterilized by gamma rays; it can be used in your existing process at any time-out of the box.
RealTop 2D Pillow Standard Liquid Storage Bag
vary in volume from 5mL to 50L and consist of a bag body, tubing with a clamp, fittings and a sterile disconnect seal. The bag body is equipped with suspension rods or suspension holes for easy suspension. Each liquid storage bag is equipped with a standard quality certificate.
RealTop 3D Disposable Liquid Storage Bag/RealTop 3D Barrel Standard Liquid Storage Bag
The volume of this kind of liquid storage bag is from 50L to 1000L, which is composed of a bag body made of PuRobust film, a silicone tube and a joint. The bag body is specially designed to fit the round support bucket and the square foldable support bucket. A fixed article may also be provided to accommodate other round support buckets and square support buckets as required.
Quality Assurance
Rituxan standard fluid storage bags are manufactured in facilities that comply with the CGMP guidelines. The composition of the material after gamma ray irradiation test, in line with the United States Pharmacopeia sixth class plastic biological reactivity test standard (USP<88> CLASSVI). The pressure decay method is used for leak testing of each batch of products to ensure product quality. Each Ruituo liquid storage bag has the quality assurance of materials and workmanship.
