RealTop Disposable Stirring Solutions provide advanced mixing technology for pharmaceutical ingredients ranging from pharmaceutical intermediates to finished preparations, and can also be used for process preparation, such as buffer and culture medium preparation.
RealTop's integrated one-time mixing solution is economical and operationally efficient, saving valuable process and validation time. Ruituo mixing solutions include disposable mixing bags and dry powder feeding bags. Disposable mixing bags are divided into conventional mixing bags and high-performance mixing bags. The conventional mixing bag includes six volume specifications of 10L, 50L, 100L, 200L, 500L and 1000L. The high-performance mixing bag includes five volume specifications of 100L, 200L, 500L, 1000L and 2000L.
the above two kinds of mixing bags adopt magnetic levitation technology, which completely avoids the generation of particles caused by the friction of bearings or impellers. Depending on your specific application and environment, including sterile docking, from cell culture to final filling, you can configure the appropriate filters, connectors and tubing. Our proven, scalable, direct-to-use system and process technologies reduce the risk of contamination, improve economics and process flexibility, and achieve repeatable results.
RealTop disposable mixer
RealTop disposable mixer series has the best mixing performance and process turnover rate. Each disposable mixing bag includes a magnetic suspension impeller to improve the consistency and efficiency of mixing. Unlike traditional stainless steel mixers, disposable mixers reduce downtime due to CIP, SIP, and cleaning verification. The Ruitoto disposable mixer also has the flexibility to operate and can be up and running in five minutes. Stirring speeds of up to 1000 RPM * meet the requirements of a variety of mixing production. * Depends on agitator size.
Reliable, tough PuRobust film and PureSupply + film
mixing bag can be made of PuRobust or PureSupply + film, while the dry powder dosing bag is made of PureSupply + film.
RealTop disposable process container film series is a high purity, medical grade multi-layer co-extruded film, with high strength, high ductility, excellent air tightness and biocompatibility. The liquid contact layer of the film is made of ultra low density polyethylene (ULDPE). The air barrier layers of the films were all made of polyethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH). The outer layer of the PuRobust film is made of LDPE, and the outer layer of the PureSupply + film is made of nylon.

RealTop mixing systems are ideal for multi-species facilities with high production requirements. The installation of this disposable mixing bag is very simple and can be completed within 5 minutes. After installation, the operator only needs to turn on the agitator to start mixing, which significantly improves the turnover and productivity of the process.
Safe and sterile, sampling directly from the Ruitto mixing bag
All RealTop mixing bags can be equipped with one or several needle-free sampling bags (depending on the user's process requirements). The closed design allows the user to take samples directly from the mixing bag without the risk of cross-contamination. After the sampling is completed, the separation of the sampling bag from the mixing bag is achieved by means of a sterile pinch-off tool (a sterile break-off ring on the sampling tube is pinched off to form two closed sterile ends).

RealTop dry powder feeding bag can choose flushing function. The flushing function safely and effectively flushes residual powder from the dry powder dosing bag directly into the mixer. This feature also allows the user to safely handle the dry powder dosing bag.
